IP & Copyright Transfer
1. Intellectual Property Declaration
All interface layouts, graphical vectors, custom stylesheets, and ES6 JavaScript programs developed by PAOLOJO under standard specifications are protected under international intellectual property frameworks.
2. Transfer Trigger & Execution
The complete intellectual ownership and copyright of the custom codebase transfer to the Client immediately and automatically upon receipt of 100% full payment settlement. Prior to final settlement, all artifacts remain the exclusive property of PAOLOJO.
3. Excluded Shared Core Assets
Any generic modular helpers, third-party interface components, or core theme libraries (such as underlying theme engine structures) remain the property of their respective owners. Clients are granted a permanent, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use these embedded structures.
