Terms of Service
1. Scope of Engagement
This Terms of Service document governs all custom interface development, WooCommerce integration, and software engineering solutions provided by PAOLOJO. By initiating procurement via this portal, you enter into a binding service agreement.
2. Engineering & Development Timeline
Development phases will be executed in sequential iterations. Standard milestone releases will be made available for preview. Deliverables are defined on the primary procurement billing contract.
3. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolutions
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), Dubai, UAE.
